A beloved family home in a great community needed serious upgrades to work for this family long-term. The bedrooms were the only off-scope areas in this home as we set about opening up the cramped kitchen, demolishing a screened porch to create a sunny dining spot, closing in a double height foyer to add an ensuite bath for a girl’s bedroom, and a complete overhaul or facelift of three other bathrooms.
